We are not liable for the providers' or clinics' services and activities that we recommend.

Our Services can be used by customers all over the world. You are obligated to ensure your use of our Services is in accordance with the laws applicable in your country.

Not use our Services for criminal purposes.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are provided at booking. Due to the nature of our Services, finished analyses are non-returnable. If you wish to cancel before work starts, please advise us promptly.

All content on our site, such as analysis methods, graphics, images, and text, is owned or licensed to Oseara and protected by relevant copyright and trademark law.

"La Roche-Posay" and "Vanicream" are the trademarks of their respective owners. Oseara makes no claim to these names or products and uses them in descriptive format only. This does not imply endorsement or association.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oseara excludes any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from your use of the Services or your reliance on our advice.
